Phase III: Detailed market research

  2. What products/services are your competitors offering? Are they solving today's problems or problems from 2019? 
  3. What is the most popular content in your niche? 
  4. What are the most popular keywords today? 
  5. What podcasts do your prospects listen to? 
  6. What YouTube channels do they watch? 
  7. What websites do your prospects visit? 
  8. What communities do your prospects belong to? 
  9. What thought-leaders do they follow? 
  10. We document at least 25 data points like this 

Phase IV: Offers 

  1. Document your current offers 
  2. Are they still relevant? 
  3. We create new offers that solve today's problems 

Phase V: Implementation 

  1. We update your current marketing funnel or create a new funnel with fresh offers
