Tom Ruwitch and I read a lot of books.
Tom and I were talking the other day and we decided to start a book club.
Why start a book club?
I've never been in a formal book club, but I know a lot of people who enjoy being in a book club.
If it's good enough for Oprah, it's good enough for us.
The Mastermind Book Club is free to join and there are no ongoing membership fees.
This is community of business professionals who want to learn together.
We won't be meeting in person and consuming copious amounts of alcohol (you are welcome to imbibe from the comfort of your home).
Maybe someday we will get together in person.
I know a few people in traveling book clubs who love to meet in exotic locations.
At this point, we're making everything up with no expectations.
Here’s how MBC works:
Every month, Ted and Tom will choose a great business book for the group. (See "The Library" in the navigation bar to find the books).
Ted and Tom will read the book. You can read it, too – but only IF YOU WANT TO.
Here in the MBC community, Ted and Tom will share short videos, blog posts, and other conversation-starters.
You can comment and participate in any conversation you choose......or you can start your post/conversation.
The idea:
Share insights drawn from the book.
Discuss how to apply those insights to improve your business.
Celebrate success as you or other members implement.
The keyword above: IMPLEMENT.
We’re not discussing these books for sh%ts and grins. We’re doing this to...
Take business-advancing ACTION
Want to join us?
We're still building out the community site, but you are welcome to join us.
Our first book is Yes! 50 Scientifically Proven Ways to be Persuasive.
