I received an email from LinkedIn today.

The subject line was “Your account is on hold”.
​
My heart stopped.
​
My first thought was what did I do wrong?
​
I stopped using automation years ago.
​
My assistant, Nicole, posts my daily email as a LinkedIn Article.
​
She also posts a teaser that links to the article.
​
I don't invite 100 strangers to connect every week.
​
I don't send hundreds of LinkedIn messages every week.
​
I thought I was playing by the rules but…
​
My account is on hold.
​
I opened the email I felt relieved.
​
One of my clients needs to update their credit card in their LinkedIn ad account.
​
False alarm.
​
