I just returned from Copy Chief Live in St. Petersburg, Florida.

I'm not a copywriter by trade, but copywriting is an essential skill for marketing my business.

Copy Chief Live was three days of awesome presentations (not sales pitches) from the best of the best in the industry. The attendees at the event were also the best of the best in their areas of expertise.

I attend 3-4 conferences every year which are out of my area so I have to get on a plane or drive at least an hour away.

Going to conferences let's me:

1. Break up my routine
2. Meet new people
3. Catch up with old friends
4. Learn new skills
5. Get more speaking engagements
6. Get new clients

How many conferences to you attend and what are your favorites?
